The business is founded on two consultancy service arms that reflect the depth of experience and knowledge of the owner.

Information Technology Consultancy: This encompasses not only the advice and information about leading edge ICT, hardware and software, but also addresses Sales, Network consulting, dedicated helpdesk support, IT Project Management, and IT Asset Disposal. We are also able to offer wide range of web/domain/email hosting arrangements at very competitive proces.

2. Disability Policy Consultancy: This encompasses assisting customers (primarily government) address the specialist needs of people with a disability as part of their organization.  It includes advice and policy development on employment matters, disability service action plans, engaging with people with a disability as customers.
